AIM is a non-profit senior program funded under Title III of the Older Americans Act through Baltimore City’s Commission on Aging and Retirement Education, member’s dues and contributions, and other funding sources.

To our delight, some of our trips have been selling out.  Unfortunately, some members have had to be placed on a waiting list.  To get on the trip you want, we suggest the following procedures:

  1. When you get your newsletter, pick out the trip(s) you want.
  2. Be sure to call the office and make a reservation(s).
  3. Send in your check for payment to confirm your reservation and seat.  Seating will be assigned on a first come basis depending on receipt of your check.  Your reserved seat will be for transportation to and from the event.
NOTE:  Payments to confirm reservations are expected promptly.  If we do not receive payment, we cannot hold your seat unless special arrangements have been made.  If you cancel less than twenty-four hours prior to the trip and we cannot fill the seat, we cannot refund your money.

When a trip is very popular and has a long waiting list, we will run it again in the future.  If you are on the waiting list, you still need to call in to reserve a seat on the bus.
